Amazin’ A.M. Pizza
3/4 lb. Ham, 1/4 inch dice
3/4 lb. Tomato, 1/4 inch dice
3/4 lb. Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
12 6-inch Prepared pizza shell
2 1/4 qts. Fleischmann’s egg beaters, Real Egg Product
Recipe Directions
Combine the ham, tomato and cheddar cheese; mix well. Top each pizza shell with 3 oz. of the mixture; cover and refrigerate until needed for service.
For each serving, ladle 6 oz. of egg beaters onto a lightly greased, medium heat griddle. Slowly stir the egg beaters until they are set but still soft and moist.
Meanwhile, place a reserved ham and cheese pizza in a 400 degree F. oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Top with the egg beaters Real Egg Product and serve immediately.
