Green Chili Egg Bake

10 eggs
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, drained

Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese and Cottage Cheese, butter, flour, baking powder and salt until well mixed. Then add green chilies. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.

Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set. Cool for 10 minutes.

Serve with salsa on the side, if desired.

Makes 10 - 12 servings.
