Sunflower Granola

  6 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup rice polish or soy flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup corn oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 cup raisins

Stir dry ingredients together.Add remaining ingredients except raisins. Stir. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven; Add raisins immediately.
